Quality Teachers are looking for an experienced and positive Teaching Assistant in the Salford area to work in a special school for young people with a range of moderate and complex learning difficulties.

This SEN Teaching Assistant position is a part time role starting in November and is ideal for a dedicated TA experienced working with young people with various Special Educational Needs. You will be supporting a pupil who has learning difficulties, complex needs and specific medical needs on a one to one basis.

This Ofsted graded outstanding special school in Salford caters for students aged 10 to 18 with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. They aim to inspire and engage all learners and help them to achieve success.

To join the Quality Teachers team and be a successful in this SEN Teaching Assistant role you will need to have:

* Experience and understanding of working with young people with a range of SEN
* Effective behaviour management techniques
* Ability to build positive relationships with young people and colleagues
* A positive attitude, patience and flexibility
* Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills
