Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for a fulfilling new opportunity in Daventry? Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working in close partnership with a number of supportive and forward-thinking schools across the Daventry area, who are looking to welcome a dedicated SEN teacher to their teams.

These schools cater for children and young people with a variety of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN), Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment that enables all pupils to thrive both academically and socially.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

  • Have experience working within an SEN or inclusive setting

  • Possess strong behaviour management strategies

  • Be committed to inclusive teaching practices and supporting pupils with diverse needs

  • Show excellent communication and teamwork skills
