We are looking for an experienced teacher to support children aged between 3 and 11 in a primary school in Rochdale. The school caters for pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) or Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Pupils may have a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Visual or Hearing Impairment or and/or Social Communication Difficulties.
The dedicated staff team ensure that all children are able to develop their skills and personalities within a safe, secure, welcoming and positive environment. They focus very firmly on giving children the opportunity to learn as individuals, breaking down any barriers to their learning and celebrating success at every opportunity. The school offers each child access to a broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum, which is based on individual need.

The responsibilities of this role are:
*Delivering enthusiastic lessons to pupils
*Planning innovative lesson plans and being able to differentiate these plans to cater for all pupils
*Tracking pupils progress and from this devising ways to improve this progress
*Develop and maintain pupils self-esteem and success

The requirements for this role are:
*A DBS on the update service
*Experience in teaching
*A teaching qualifications (NQTs are welcome)
*A dedication to helping pupils to reach their full potential
