Reeson Education are currently recruiting for experienced EYFS Teachers in South West London for a Good (OfSTED) school for September on a 1 Year Contract moving to long-term. The ideal candidate should be an experienced teacher able to teach SEMHD and ASD EYFS and Primary age pupils with strong behaviour management skills. The Teacher will have the support of two very capable Learning Support Assistants trained in Makaton, PECs, Team-Teach, TEACCH and First Aid. The school places a strong emphasis on camaraderie amongst staff & pupils, and teaching pupils the importance of persistence and resilience where all pupils have high ambitions for a bright future.

Classes themselves consist of two nursery and two reception classes. The curriculum is based around 7 main areas of learning from PE, Communication, Maths, English, Arts, Design, and PSHE. Classes consist of 8 pupils, supported by two LSAs, with ASD/SLD and SEMHD disabilities. All classes are very well-resourced and the school maintains strong links with parents so that pupils progress can be tracked. Therefore, a teacher deeply enthusiastic and passionate will be the ideal candidate for this role.

The school has an excellent reputation for encouraging training and development; all staff undertake induction on taking up a post, which includes meeting with the SENCO, pupil progress meetings, and termly meetings where the SENCO, a member of the national Association of SEN, updates teachers on local and national updates in SEN and disabilities.
