About the Role
As the successful SEN/SEMH Science Teacher you will be supported by a full-time, experienced, graduate teaching assistants who share your passion for teaching and learning. In this exciting role you will be teaching up to Key Stage 4, taking on GCSE classes and working towards positive GCSE results.
In this SEN/SEMH Science Teacher position, you will be joining an innovative Science Department and you will be an avid supporter of a holistic teaching approach.
The school wants a SEN/SEMH Science Teacher who will have the skills to overcome stressful and challenging situations on a daily basis and show you can think on your feet and adapt. This role requires a resilient SEN/SEMH Science Teacher who has worked in an environment with a high number of SEMH/SEBD pupils previously and 2 years' teaching experience.
