I am delighted to be working with an Ofsted graded Outstanding Special School located near Bishop's Stortford. They are recruiting for experienced Teachers with Qualified Teaching Status.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with challenging behaviour as well as experience working with Complex Needs.

The majority of pupils have a statement of special educational needs. They cater for Children aged 3 to 19 years who have severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and associated learning difficulties. The majority of pupils also have communication difficulties.

What we are looking for:

o QTS or QTLS
o Confidence in classroom management
o Experience of working within a SEN setting
o Ability to engage and inspire young people
o Flexibility and adaptability

We want someone with the following skills:

o Is inspirational and dynamic
o Sympathetic to the aims and ethos of the School
