A school in East London are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. You will be joining a very supportive environment and a great team of people.
Previous experience working within schools, specifically with students with ASD is essential. You will be working with a student in year 6, within the school's SEN department on a one-to-one basis.
Key skills and experience needed:
- Previous SEN experience or other child related experience
- Strong behaviour management
- One-to-one and small group work
- Professional manner
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanour
- Experience or knowledge of special educational needs
To be considered for this role you must have a proven record of experience within a similar educational setting. Having Team Teach or similar training within the classroom would be advantageous.
