SEN TA/LSA Surrey based

At Prospero Teaching we are working alongside a Special Educational Needs School based in Surrey. If you are an occupational therapist and you are looking to become an SEN TA/LSA this is the perfect role for you! This role is for a variety of people including those who are Carers, Occupational Therapists and those who have previously had experience working alongside students with Special Educational Needs or worked as a Carer.
About the School:
*Reported as "Outstanding" by OFSTED
*Pupils are constantly making good progress
*Situated in Cranleigh
*Needs of students are Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)/Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
*Students may also have additional diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder
*Ages 5-18

About the role:
* Working 1:1 with student
* You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of this student, as well as progress in functional skills and communication
* January start

The Candidate must have:
*Passion for SEN TA/Teaching
*Makaton and PECS
*Full DBS Check
*References Available
*Enthusiasm to work alongside children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder
*Constant motivation
