We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Senior Teaching Assistant for a rewarding role in Epsom. Job Title: SEN Senior Teaching Assistant
Location: Epsom
Salary: £100 - £120 per day, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities: Education and Training
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons alongside teaching staff.
- Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their potential.
- Work collaboratively with the SENCO and other staff members to ensure a high standard of education.
- Help students develop social and emotional skills as well as academic progress.
Key Requirements: Education and Training
- Previous experience working as an HLTA, particularly with SEN students.
- A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to teaching.
