This SEN school that predominantly supports pupils with PMLD are looking to appoint a Qualified Teacher to a temporary to permanent position for a start after Easter running through initially to the end of the academic year. There is the possibility of a permanent position at the end of the terms’ contract.

This SEN School which caters for pupils with PMLD and other associated needs are looking to appoint an experienced SEN Teacher or a teacher committed to working with SEN pupils looking to move into the sector for a temporary to permanent teaching position. The current timetable will see the successful applicant teaching all subjects to KS1 and KS2 pupils and the school are looking for a flexible candidate who can fulfil this requirement.
The school itself is based within the LEA of Warwickshire and is of an average size for SEN schools when compared to the national average. The school caters for pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties for pupils of Primary age and the school are looking to appoint a qualified Primary Teacher ideally with experience of SEN or an experienced teacher with a passion for teaching special needs pupils and a desire to move into the SEN sector.
You will need to be flexible with a timetable covering all subjects and the likelihood of having to teach different year groups in both KS1 and KS2. The school are looking to ensure they appoint a good practitioner, with or without SEN experience as if required the school have the ability to offer excellent training to the successful applicant.
