An all Boys residential school for ages 6-13, are looking for a qualified Maths Teacher to teach one to one with several students through out the week. You will be responsible for encouraging and engaging students to find different ways to explore the Mathematics curriculum.
This specialised school is a non-maintained residential special school located in East Grinstead, is designed to meet the educational, behavioural, care and therapeutic needs for boys (age 6-13 years). The children have a range of special needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).

Your responsibilities will include:
> Support students with educational and pastoral needs.
> Using your interests to engage learners in learning.
> Supporting learners within a 1:1 Basis
> Supporting learning in KS1-KS3 Mathematics.
> Track progress and highlight areas of development.
> Develop students' communication skills.
> Be part of the creative and exciting learning environment.

The ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities:
> Be able to work with learners that have learning difficulties.
> Have an understanding of the complex learning difficulties and associated conditions.
> Be confident to support groups of students in different educational subjects.
> The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team.
