Teaching Personnel Bristol is seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a large Secondary Academy School in Easton. This is a full time role and will begin on 2nd September 2019.

The successful LSA will be joining an OFSTED rated 'Good' school, with an extremely well run SEN department that consists of a resource base and inclusion department. You will be supporting a student on a 1:1 basis, the student has varying SEN needs but experience supporting students with ASD and SEMH needs is desirable. In its latest OFSTED report it was noted that pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive effective personalised support and most are making improved progress.

The daily pay rate will be between £57-£60, dependant on your experience.


  • Enhanced DBS check - Teaching Personnel can provide guidance on how to apply for this if necessary.
  • Experience (professional or personal) supporting young people with SEND
  • You will ideally have experience supporting young people on a 1:1 basis
