Through excellent attention to detail, prepare accounts for a variety of managing agents
and individual residential management companies within specified and strict deadlines.
Reconciliation of accounts and cashbook
Be responsible for reconciling clients’ accounts and cashbooks.
Assisting team with creation of management accounts for clients.
Year end expenditure reports
Analysis of year end expenditure reports.
Ensure accurate accounts are produced and submitted to Companies House on time
Previous experience of working within a Service Charge
department and undertaking the principal duties
AAT qualified or qualified by experience
Knowledge of accounts preparation and bookkeeping
