Semi Senior Accountant

We are working with an award-winning accountancy firm based in Leatherhead. Due to continued growth they are looking to hire a Semi-Senior Accountant. The successful candidate will have experience working within an accountancy practice and experience of Xero accounting software.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Preparation of VAT returns

- Resolving client queries on Bookkeeping, VAT and financial statements

- Supporting payroll through Xero

- Preparing self-assessment tax returns

- Supporting trainees

- Preparing Statutory Accounts and Corporate Tax Returns

Skills and Experience:

- 2 years experience within practice

- Experience with Xero and Xero Payroll

- Experience with Taxcalc and Karbon (Desirable)
