A SEMH school located in West Drayton are looking for a SEN TA to join there dynamic team as soon as possible

*Long-term position running up until the summer holidays.
*ASAP START
*Dynamic & high performing PRU.
*£70-£100 per day!
*Experience with SEMH is preferable

The School:
*This welcoming SEN school found in West Drayton has onsite car parking for staff.

*This SEN School caters for various SEMH needs from 4-11 years old.

The Ideal SEN TA will have:
*Previous SEMH experience is necessary
*Coherent written and verbal communication that aids the understanding of the more challenging areas of the curriculum.
*A Valid & up to date child DBS is a must.
*Boundless enthusiasm to give 100% to every task which they are given.
*A resilient and patient manner.

The SEMH TA Teacher role:
*Time will be spent working closely with pupils with SEMH.
*Reporting regularly to teachers and Heads to record class progress
*Working 1:1 and with small groups of SEN pupils to raise attainment through intervention classes.
*Challenge the minds of young individuals.
*Regularly help teachers in EHC plans throughout the term.
