SEMH Secondary School Humanities Needed - Guildford (GU5)


Position: Secondary School Humanities Teacher
Class Size: 8 - 12 Pupils per class
Location: Guildford, GU5
School: 'SEMH' School
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-Time, 9 AM - 4:00 PM
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Salary: GBP170 - GBP250 per day


About the Role:
Join a dedicated team at an SEMH School in Guildford for 11-16 Year olds needing extra support Academically and Personally. This is a great chance for Humanities teachers passionate about SEN education to make a real impact.


Key Responsibilities:
and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with autism and other specific needs.
a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
with TAs and support staff to meet pupils developmental needs.
teaching strategies based on individual progress.

Requirements:
Teacher Status (QTS) - Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers.
with SEMH, Behavioural Support, Special Educational Needs.
proactive approach with strong teamwork skills.
on the update service and right to work in the UK.
·Have a proven background of developing teaching and learning within a Humanities Department to a high standard
