This progressive Alternative Learning Provision located in Enfield is seeking a talented SEMH - Mentor to join their close-knit team.

About the Role

In this SEMH - Mentor role you will be working with a small class of no more than 6 pupils.
You will need to have extensive experience supporting learners with complex social, emotional and behavioural needs. As SEMH - Mentor you will be a calm individual who can use your approachable personality to help develop strong bonds with your pupils.

Person Specification

You must show the ability to act as a role model to your students and fellow colleagues and have a calm, empathetic exterior. The ideal SEMH - Mentor have the ability and the skill to build close relationships with pupils who have emotional and behaviour difficulties.
