Excellent opportunity to join a thriving HR Consultancy business in a self-employed capacity.

The business is fast expanding and offer flexible working hours along with exceptional training, resources and uncapped earnings.

This role is suited to someone at HR Manager level who is looking for flexible working hours and autonomy in their role. You will have the support and resources from this successful business but have the luxury of planning your hours and workload around your life as you please.

You will be working on behalf of SME clients completing duties such as;

- Amending contracts

- HR administration

- Managing Breathe HR system

- Addressing performance issues

- Disciplinaries

- Guiding manager through staff issues

Please note the successful candidate will be required to provide a £1000 start-up fee to cover networking event costs, business cards, etc..

Successful applicants will have strong HR generalist experience, be dynamic and able to adjust to working with different types of businesses on a daily basis. You will have strong communication skills and have the ability to build strong rapport with clients, so they feel confident approaching you as their main point of HR.

You will be required to attend one compulsory networking event weekly but otherwise your commitments and hours are entirely dictated by the work you bring in and the hours that suit you.

People currently in this role on a part-time basis are earning circa £2000 a month.

The successful applicant will live locally to the East Grinstead area as this is the main location for the target clients.
