This national, highly regarded practice specialises in the provision of equity release advice.
They are currently seeking to recruit an additional equity release adviser on a self-employed basis to provide a first class service to clients generated through their joint venture with a major provider. They also benefit from introductions from thousands of UK brokers, some of whom are sizeable financial planning networks.
Our client is ideally seeking individuals that are qualified to provide equity release advice with a proven background of success within this arena. However exceptionally strong candidates without such experience will be considered if they have a demonstrable track record and have a passion for equity release advice as well as holding the necessary equity release qualification. As a home based role it is key that candidates are highly motivated individuals and dedicated; experience of operating in such a capacity is highly advantageous.
This is a self-employed role and whilst the level and quality of leads supplied is expected to be high, any individual with a track record of developing business through their own resources would be at an advantage as key to the role will be the adviser’s ability to build excellent introducer relationships.
Given the attractive splits, the volume and quality of the leads, and the quality of the service on offer, good advisers should be earning £50,000 - £100,000 per annum. The highest earners do though take home in excess of this amount.
