Security Guard

Phoenix Security (Essex) Ltd is a leading construction site security company, providing security guarding services to a number of high profile construction sites across the U.K.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ever expanding security team.

We are recruiting Security Guards to join our team with a quick start, duties will include; access control, hourly patrols to check the integrity of site and fire watch.

Successful applicants are expected to integrate into the team effectively. You must be confident, articulate and able to communicate well, both written and verbally.

You will need to be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience at all times.

To be considered, you must have:

-An SIA Security (or Door Supervisor) Licence

-Excellent customer service and/or interpersonal skills

-Valid CSCS Card

-Verifiable 5 year work history, or be able to provide documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment or full and part time education during that period.

-Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum of 12 months.

A military/police background is an advantage.

Shift Pattern

-5/6 Days per week days will vary as per the managements requirements

-Will need to be able to work weekends and Bank Holidays

-12 Hour shifts, this may change if required.
