Security Contract Manager (Manned Guarding)
Salary: £27,500 + Car / allowance, Phone, Laptop
We are seeking a quality focused security professional to manage the delivery of security to a portfolio of contracts in the South West. Applicants should have prior experience as an Area Manager, Contracts Manager, Security Manager or Ops Manager in the security industry.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Experience in a similar security industry role (Area Manager, Security Manager, Contract Manager etc.)
Strong client engagement skills
Full driving license
SIA License holder
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Regular client meetings to ensure maximum client satisfaction
Safeguarding of clients assets to include people, buildings and information
Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions and oversee implementation
Conduct and monitor staff appraisals including HR / disciplinary issues
Ensure contract SLA’s are met
Ensure the correct deployment of security staff
