Section Head - SIPP/SSAS Administration

Edinburgh - £35-40,000 + Excellent Package

Leading Financial Services Company

A leading Financial Services company are currently looking for a Section Head (Administration) to work within their niche SIPP/SSAS team based in their busy Edinburgh office. Reporting directly to the Principle and working alongside other senior team members, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide a high level of administration processing for both SIPP’s and SSASs
  • Supporting the Principle in producing monthly statistics information
  • Reviewing ongoing processes and procedures
  • Take a lead in project work
  • Manage quarterly KPI’s and perform 1:1’s and annual appraisals
  • Mentor team members and implement training where appropriate
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Assist the administration team with technical queries when called upon

To apply for this role, you will need to display the following:

  • Strong SIPP/SSAS Administration experience
  • Team leader/managerial experience
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Both client management and departmental development at the centre of your thinking
