REED Cheltenham are recruiting for a public sector client in Gloucester who are looking for a Secretary on a temporary basis for 30 hours per week.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to managers and teams within the Finance Department.
Please see below an exhaustive list of the duties within the role:
o Maintaining diaries and setting up meetings in Outlook.
o Monitoring of email accounts and responding to enquiries.
o Taking accurate telephone messages in a courteous and efficient manner.
o Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms.
o Minute taking at meetings and transcribing the minutes into the Trust standard format.
o Placing and receipting orders on the P2P ordering system.
o Filing and printing of papers.
o Distributing incoming post.
o Managing mandatory training and appraisal records for the department.
o Maintenance and ordering of stationery and printer consumables.
o Deputy Fire Warden and Health & Safety representative duties.
o Any other such duties to support team members of the Directorate which are commensurate with the banding of this post.
