Your new employer is seeking an experienced secretary to join their team in Dalton.
Your new role
Your day to day duties will include; answering calls from clients, dealing and resolving enquires, completing documentation for clients, keeping all files up to date, diary management for employees, including managing petty cash, booking travel and hotels.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have secretarial/receptionist experience. You must be highly organised, have excellent telephone manner, be able to demonstrate leadership capability and have excellent communication skills.
