Secretary

** SECRETARY / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - LUTON - PART TIME HOURS - ONGOING ROLLING CONTRACT - COMPETITIVE RATES - CONSULTANCY ORGANISATION **

Our client is currently recruiting for a part time secretary / document controller to work 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday at their offices based in Luton.

Duties will include

Printing, scanning and archiving documents
Maintaining accurate records, both paper and system based
Uploading and downloading correspondence
Diary management
Organising travel, both transport and accommodation
Booking meeting rooms and organising the logistics (catering etc)
Expenses
