Our Putney based client are looking for a Secretary to report to the senior management team. The main purpose of the role is to assist management with all secretarial and administrative duties. The main duties include diary management, typing correspondence, producing presentations, updating client files and databases, organise travel arrangements, schedule internal meetings, process invoices and undertake departmental reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent secretarial skills with a track record of reporting and working closely with management. You must possess excellent organisational skills, analytical skills, have a positive and flexible approach, strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines. You will need to have working knowledge of Excel, possess a polite telephone manner and takes pride in delivering high level support.
