We are looking for a Secretary to join a reputable Property Business in Newark, working for TWO Directors plus working with the Estate Agency Business.
The role requires a hard-working, articulate individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work both under instruction and independently as the need arises.
The role includes:
Assisting Directors with all correspondence, answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and taking messages.
Estate Agency duties:
Typing property descriptions from dictation and various other sales letters as required.
Uploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval.
Ensuring window presentations are current & up to date.
Preparing advertisements for entry into various editorials.
Candidates should have:
Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritize
An excellent telephone manner
Meticulous attention to detail
A good knowledge of MS Office packages
Normal hours of work are 09:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays
Salary: £17,500 - £18,500
Industry experience is not required although would be a advantage.
