Secretary to Director - £28,000

A leading consultancy based in Birmingham city centre are currently seeking a Secretary to support the Partner and team of professional staff. This is a permanent role, paying up to £28,000, with an exceptional benefits package!

Within this immensely varied and fast-paced role, there will be a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Diary management; scheduling meetings and appointments, booking rooms, liaising directly with clients

  • Typing; managing all written correspondence, drafting, reporting, filing and mail merges

  • Meetings; preparing all material prior to internal meetings, producing reports, collating information, attending meetings and taking minutes

  • Managing all incoming correspondence via telephone and email; answering calls professionally and politely, passing calls to the appropriate person, dealing with all enquiries

  • General administration for the team; database management, processing expenses, photocopying and filing, managing all adhoc secretarial duties

As the ideal candidate, you must possess significant experience working with Partners/Directors. You must have fast and accurate typing skills, excellent communication skills and extensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages and Outlook. You must be able to work well in a high pressured environment with an ability to prioritise work efficiently and with ease!
