A well established Finance company, based in Hammersmith, are looking for an experienced and articulate Secretary or Personal Assistant to support their Sales Manager.
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Salary: £25- 30K (DOE)
Duties will include;
- Managing inbox and screening calls
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Sales training preparation
- Onboarding assistance for new company clients
- Ensuring company database is up to date and accurate
- Ad hoc administration support to the wider team
The successful candidate will be;
- Highly organised and efficient
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office; including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Personable and warm - a strong business representation
- Confident, positive and a proactive problem solver
- Strong communicator; both written and verbally
