My client, a well established business based in Canterbury, are currently recruiting for a Secretary/Administrator/Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a confident and professional nature with strong all round administration skills, and be happy to work independently.
Duties within the role will include -
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking meetings
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls
- Typing letters and reports
- Dealing with both incoming and outgoing post
- Working with senior members of staff and providing them will full administration support
