This organisation is in the construction industry and is based in central Plymouth. This is a permanent role to start with immediate effect, it is full time and the salary is very competitive.
Your new role
You will support the engineers with their administration, reception duties, be responsible for H & S administration, updating the company website, minute taking and liaising with staff and external contacts along with other general admin duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced secretary/administrator - ideally within the construction/engineering industry. You will have experience in minute taking, have excellent interpersonal skills and you have the ability to write well-presented documents in good English.
