Job title - Team Secretary/Administrator - Specialist Services Team

We are now recruiting for a Secretary/Administrator to join our fun and outgoing team based in Trumpington, Cambridge

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for administration relating to Valuation Team, updating standard documents, maintaining databases of instructions and comparables
  • Administering requests for valuation quotes, ensuring they are correctly circulated, responded to and recorded
  • Administering new valuation instructions - completing compliance requirements, setting up the file, basic online research and obtaining comparables
  • Typing and presentation of reports, letters and documents
  • Invoicing for the team
  • Some diary and email management for the team

Experience Required

  • IT literate - word and excel
  • Experience of working within a Professional Services Firm would be desirable
  • Strong typing skills
  • Good communication, team worker, friendly, use initiative, willingness to take ownership, opportunity to grow role, good attention to detail
