An experienced Administrator is required to join a professional services Organisation in Doncaster.
In this key role you will be providing administrative support to the Partners and acting as a main point of contact for clients and suppliers by supporting the receptionist during busier periods.
The opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of a long serving member of the admin support team and it a rare opportunity to join a prestigious Firm at their modern offices in Doncaster.
The successful applicant will take responsibility for general typing of correspondence and professionally answering and directing of telephone calls.
You will also take responsibility for inputting of weekly time sheets submitted by staff members, production of bills for clients, matching of work billed against time recorded on the work in progress ledger and maintenance of monthly billing records.
In addition, there will be distribution of month end reports to partners, maintenance of the office cash book and upkeep of supporting records.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate knowledge of administrative / clerical procedures and be proficient in spelling, punctuation and grammar.
You will be accomplished in producing correspondence and documents to a high standard, particularly using both Word and Excel.
Your attention to detail, organisational and time management skills must be exemplary as you will be required to meet deadlines for month end reporting.
You must also maintain client confidentiality, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a highly customer service orientated approach to your work.
Working hours are 36.25 hours per week. Monday to Friday. 9am to 5.15pm
