We are currently recruiting for Project Administrative Assistant to work at a local Educational establishment within the Design Department team.

The Role

As the Project Administrative Assistant at You will play an important role;

*to provide an efficient and effective high standard of general secretarial and administrative support to the Centre, e.g. email correspondence, diary management for Director, copy typing, minute taking, maintaining files, organising travel arrangements, expenditure administration.

*To support the e-learning champion and staff involved in the operations of the Centre.

*To support all students registered on courses in the Centre, working closely with the College TPO.

Location:Brunel University

Hours: 35 hours per week Mon - Friday 9 - 5

Duration: 2 months

Rate of Pay: £13.19

Who are we looking for?
As the Project Administrative Assistant for the Design Department team we are looking for someone who has:


*Minute taking
*Reception experience
*PA/Secretarial experience

*Diary Management
*Organise travel
*Process expenses
*Good all round administrative experience
*Good customer service
*Organisational skills
*Good general IT skills to include all Microsoft packages
