Your new company
I am representing an independent firm in Sheffield City Centre that require an additional Secretary due to the recent retirement of a longstanding member of staff. They have an extremely friendly and warm office environment and are passionate about their employees satisfaction.
Your new role
The roles will involve data entry, copy typing, diary management, organisation of meetings, speaking to clients and sending correspondence, dealing with incoming correspondence, sending out legal documentation and cross checking information.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate for this role will have proven experience in a Secretarial role. You will have excellent typing and data entry speeds - along with high accuracy levels. You will be adaptable and be able to balance your workload in a calm and efficient manner.

You will be working for an established company in the heart of Sheffield City Centre. Your new employer has an excellent reputation and has long standing employees. This role will pay £16k - £18k depending on your previous experience. You will work between the hours of 9 - 5 Monday to Friday.
