Are you a Secondary teacher looking for a change? Would you like to take on the new and exciting challenge of teaching in primary schools?

GSL Education Kent are seeking secondary teachers looking to make the transition from Secondary to Primary teaching. A number of our clients are very receptive to the wide skill-set that Secondary teachers have developed, particularly innovative behaviour management strategies. We are offering you the opportunity for a taster of the life of a Primary Teacher through supply.

Primary teaching is right for you:

-If you would enjoy working with younger age groups

-Like the idea of having one class rather than several to make better use of your abilities

-Keen to spec up on different subjects and become a master of many!

-Be more integral in a child’s life as they grow and prepare for secondary school life

-Enthuse young people with a love of learning - you may never convert a bottom set to love your subject but primary students you just might!

Requirements:
• You must be a qualified teacher with UK QTS/QTLS/PGCE/Overseas qualification in teaching

• You must be fully committed to your own professional development and be open to the help of the leadership team

• You must possess a valid Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply and pay for a new one

• You must have the right to work in the UK
