Hays Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) for secondary schools across Huddersfield and the surrounding areas.
�? About the Role:We are working closely with a number of secondary schools in Huddersfield who are seeking reliable and proactive TAs for short-term cover. These bookings often lead to long-term placements and even permanent opportunities for the right candidates.
?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting students across a range of subjects and abilities
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment

? What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (preferred)
• A genuine passion for education and student development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude

�? Ideal Candidates May Have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (not essential)
• Experience supporting students with SEN or behavioural needs
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

?? Location:Roles available in secondary schools across Huddersfield and nearby areas in West Yorkshire.?? Start Dates:Immediate and ongoing opportunities available.
