Secondary Teachers required in West London

Are you an experienced Secondary School Teacher who is currently doing day to day supply but would prefer a role that is more long term, then read on....

We are looking for qualified secondary teachers in the following subjects Mathematics, English, Sciences, IT, RE, History , Geography and Modern Foreign Languages for various secondary schools in Brent, Ealing, Hammersith and Fulham, Hillingdon, Houslow and Harrow. The roles are long term supply, contract work and permanent positions.

Salary

  • Secondary Teachers
  • Full and part time roles available
  • Long term and contract work available
  • Day to day £130.00 - £165.00 per day depending on the role
  • Permanent £25,000 - £36,000 per annum

Person Specification

You will be a successful teacher with qualified teacher status (QTS), (QTLS) or (PGCE) who has a fresh and positive approach to teaching KS3 and KS4 students with positive outcomes.

You will need to be an engaging and forward thinking individual with the ability to monitor the progress and achievement of your students.

Strong track record of improving levels of attainment Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The Role

Preparing and delivering lessons in your specialist subject

Preparing students for examinations

Keeping up to date on the curriculum and writing new curriculum materials
Pastoral duties, including supporting pupils on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties

Willing to participate in parent’s evenings/meetings and staff meetings
