Due to the phenomenal growth of our Chelmsford office we are looking for exceptional Teachers to join our team to help us fill our requirements of Long Term and Short Term Opportunities within the Essex and Suffolk Districts.

We work with a large network of Ofsted graded Good and Outstanding schools across Essex and Suffolk.

These schools provide a secure and creative environment with the aim and goal that once the young people have completed their education there, the school and parents know that the pupils will enter the next stage of their schooling with an exemplary primary education, displaying sound values and confidence - young people who are a credit to their families, their school and the wider community.

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Key Stage 3 and 4 / KS3 / KS4 Teachers to start as soon as possible until the end of the academic year with the view the roles could go permanent for the right person.

What are we looking for?

" QTS, QTLS, NQT Teachers
" Must be able to deliver passionate and inspiring lessons to the young people
" Ability to engage and inspire young people
" Experience of tracking pupils progress

We want someone with the following skills

" Is an outstanding role model for learning
" Values the importance of teamwork and operates with flexibility
" Has excellent communication skills to engage with the young people and peers
" Sympathetic to the aims and ethos of the Schools we are working with
" Is happy, enthusiastic and has a sense of humour
" Committed to nurturing the development of every child within the classroom ensuring that they grow a love and passion for education
