They are a co-educational 11-18 Catholic School based in Southwark, which is centrally located in London. They are vibrant and dynamic school with high expectations and great ambitions for every one of our pupils.

This client is a very successful and oversubscribed 11-19 school in Southwark, London. They are a Catholic school with very strong moral values and a traditional approach to behaviour and discipline; we believe in honesty and trust. They consistently achieve outstanding academic results far above local and national averages in every subject area. They are regularly in the top 5% of all secondary schools in the UK on Academic Value Added tables. Their excellent record of achievement is a testament to the strength, determination and sheer hard work which was reflected in their most recent OFSTED inspection in which they achieved "outstanding" in all categories.

Tradewind are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Second in Charge of Business and Economics with the ability to teach Business and Economics at A Level. As Second in Charge, the successful candidate would have particular responsibility for developing Enterprise in Key Stages 3 and 4. Business and Economics are very popular and high achieving subject at A Level. As well as delivering high quality A Level lessons, the successful teacher should be able to clearly articulate and deliver an exciting vision for developing Business and Enterprise in Key Stages 3 and 4, as well as leading the delivery of the Cambridge National in Enterprise and Marketing.

This school place a strong focus on staff wellbeing which they feel is fundamental to their success, so have created a supportive culture throughout the school. All members of staff are also provided with high levels of training opportunities, to ensure continual progression and development.

Unfortunately, due to the school being located within the congestion charge there is no parking available. However, they have both a local tube and train station within walking distance to the school and are served by a number of buses.
