Horwich, Bolton
£23.5K (Up to £35K after experience within the company and CeMap completion) - OTE £40K+

40 hours a week, 1 in 4 Saturdays.

My client are one the UK's highest rated finance brokers. Their directors have over 70 year's combined experience in the finance industry and that experience has been used to build our team of professional and a workplace that people thrive in.

Their large open planned office gives their staff the ability to collaborate and thrive in a forward thinking and fun environment.

They are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join their Second Charge Mortgage Advice team. You will be responsible for conducting high quality outbound sales calls to their customers and providing regulated advice to them, focusing on appropriate outcomes.

Performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure customers respond and go on to obtain the second charge mortgage product they require.

You will also be responsible for making referrals to their preferred partners when a second charge mortgage may not be a suitable option.

The ideal candidate will have experience in first and second mortgages and/or underwriting, be hard working and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast paced environment.

Role Requirements:
Essential
"GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
"Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets
"Current or recent experience of an outbound call environment
"Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry
"Self-motivated upbeat personality
"Ability to objection handle
"Proven exemplary work ethic
Desirable
"Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company
"Experience in secured finance or mortgage advising
"Experience of selling a range of products
"Strong IT skills including the use of the full Microsoft package
"Experience in a busy sales environment
"Experience of working successfully in a team and also individually
"CeMap Level 1 (working towards full CeMap)
