We are recruiting for a Seasonal Junior Sous Chef to join the Kitchen brigade at Grand Jersey Hotel and support our team in assisting with the preparation of fresh and inspiring dishes for our guests each day. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small enthusiastic kitchen team.
Competencies & Duties of Sous Chef Banqueting:
As Junior Sous Chef you will work closely with the Sous and Executive Head Chef overseeing a section and the day to day running of the kitchen.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
Good working knowledge of English required. Salary Negotiable. Live in available if required.
