Scrum Master / Agile Coach - Milton Keynes

We have a brand new role for a permanent Scrum Master to work for a software products business in Milton Keynes. This is new position for a business that is adopting Agile best practices & gives the incoming Scrum Master to not only lead Scrum teams developing products, but also to help continuously improve Agile best practice

The client develop software products used by betting & gaming companies across the global & this position works with 2 Scrum team of Software Engineers, 10 people in total.

The company themselves have been slowly phasing Agile into their organisation over the last 2 years & this position will play a key role in helping to shape those practices within a product team & help that team to continue to evolve. Therefore, this position is for consultative personalities that can understand an organisation, their challenges & help them on their journey to 'Agility' - this won't suit personalities that have to have every aspect 100% Agile from the get-go

Required Experience

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master
  • A pragmatic approach to introducing Agility
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and / or SAFe
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC lifecycle from requirements, to development, testing and release
  • Strong understanding of Atlassian products - JIRA / Confluence or similar
  • Excellent influencing skills

The salary is £52,000 + bens, with some flexibility for an exceptional candidate. The client are not close to public transport routes so a car owner may find this easier to get to
