Due to an internal promotion we require a Scientific Technical Services Supervisor
The role is responsible for supervising the technical services team (complaints/investigations etc.) within The Binding Site UK
The role will require a detailed knowledge of both assays and analytical instrumentation.
• Ensuring complaints and enquiries are handled in accordance with department SOP's and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration and communication with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive the weekly complaints and other product specific complaint meetings.
Knowledge/experience of the in vitro diagnostics or life sciences industry
Experience of supervising a team
Bachelor's Degree in life science related field - biochemistry, immunology or equivalent
Experience in a technical customer-facing role
