The company specialises in the sale of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry instruments, service contracts and related consumables.
In this energetic office based environment, your role will be primarily reactive to customer’s requests via phone and email. Providing quotes, product availability, technical information and advice.
In addition to the reactive nature of the role, you will also follow up quotes and provide sales analysis - data/reports etc. to the Sales Managers. There will also be the opportunity to visit clients and exhibit at conferences/trade events to promote the company’s brand and services.
Full product and technical training (including mentoring) will be provided by the company enabling you to be successful in this role. There is also excellent scope for career progression in this highly varied role.
Successful candidates must possess excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment and hold a degree in a relevant scientific subject (chemistry or related). Hands-on experience with chromatography or experience of working in office/sales/customer service would be highly beneficial.
