An innovative, creative Healthcare Agency is looking for a Scientific Director with an in-depth knowledge of the market, to act as a strategic counsel and provide innovative solutions to clients.
The company puts the patient experience at the heart of brand strategy and has the backing of a larger group but still retains a small agency feel. One of the great things about this position is that you’ll have exposure to other agencies and get to work on a multitude of exciting projects. It is based in London and is wonderfully flexible as they now function through a hybrid model for two days in the office and three working from home.
As a Scientific Director, your ultimate aim will be to provide strategic counsel for all accounts at the agency and an in-depth scientific understanding of a product/ therapy area to provide innovative solutions for clients. There is no direct line management within this position as you will be predominantly focused on developing key strategic insights, delving into data and developing message platforms/ scientific story frameworks. However, this role is exciting in that it is new within the agency so you will be able to make it your own.
You will work closely with the Creative Directors to ensure that anything produced is both scientifically sound and true to the agencies principles of compelling communication.
- Engaging storyteller and critical thinker
- Scientific research experience (PhD, MPhil etc.)
- Significant agency experience
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategy
- Able to simplify/ clarify complex concepts
In return, you will receive a salary between £80,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience) – this is flexible so if the position is something you are interested in still get in contact as they are eager to speak with talented individuals!
