Role & Key Responsibilities

• Teach Science (Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics) across Key Stages 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity and promote deep scientific understanding.
• Assess, track and report on student progress, providing timely feedback and intervention where required.
• Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and teaching materials.
• Foster a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A good honours degree in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a closely related discipline.
• Proven ability (or strong potential) to teach Science effectively at secondary level.
