A full-time Science Teacher post has become available at this Outstanding Southwark based Secondary school. The schools SLT are looking to recruit a Science Teacher on a permanent basis, starting September 2018.

This role is open to both Chemistry and Physics specialists, with applications urged from all Good and Outstanding teachers; including NQT’s with real potential.

TRANSPORT: Thameslink, Southeastern and plenty of parking available

START DATE: September 2018 - full time & permanent Science Teacher role

SALARY: Inner London MPS 1-6 (£28,660 - £39,006)


All applicants will need to be qualified, with at least a 2:1 or above in a Science based degree. Overseas trained teachers are welcome to apply, with UK QTS and no visa sponsorship available. The Head of Science and Deputy Head teacher are looking to add to the talents of the current team, by recruiting a down to earth, talented teacher confident in teaching general science across KS3 - KS5. The department are looking for specialism in Chemistry or Physics and boast being within the top 5% nationally for student progress.


This is a permanent Science Teacher post, starting this September 2018. Joining this outstanding Southwark secondary would be ideal for an experienced teacher or talented and promising NQT, seeking a supportive school and successful Science department.
