You will be working to improve student’s social and emotional skills and developing their resilience to improve approaches to learning and to help unlock each student’s unique potential.

You will experience of teaching science at Key Stage 3 and 4 and in your specialism at Key Stage 5, with an applied approach to the subject. You will have a passion for engaging students in the science arena and making lessons accessible to all ability levels.

The school focusses on increasing life chances and social mobility through a well-rounded and holistic education experience for all students. The aim is to add value to each child and prepare them for the world of work or further/higher education as they move through their school career. Your science specialism can be biology, chemistry or physics as the timetable can be tailored to accommodate the right person.

The school is branded an OFSTED GOOD and looking to aim higher throughout the year. The school is mixed gender and full of modern facilities with pupils aged from ages 11 to 18.
