Your new company
You will be joining a highly ambitious school based in Chester who is currently searching for a new teacher for January 2018. The school would welcome applications across any specialism including Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Your new role
You will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver lessons to GCSE standard, ensuring that they are taught in an engaging and stimulating manner. Furthermore you must also ensure that student's behaviour is managed accordingly. The schools policy on homework is that it is to be set on a weekly basis, therefore you will be responsible for adhering to this policy and ensuring all homework is set, completed and marked promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
As well as having qualified teacher status and relevant experience teaching key stages 3 and 4 you must be dedicated to the educational development of students and have a firm understanding of GCSE science. You must be confident in your overall ability to deliver lessons to a variety of different students, as well as being able to effectively manage behaviour and maintain a professional attitude throughout.
